Does Ledge handle the design phase, not just the estimate?
Yes. Design has its own stage board, On Deck to Final Review, with designer assignments, a signed design fee, a markup tool for plans, a design file library and plant lookup for client palettes.
How is this different from Aspire or LMN?
Aspire and LMN manage the business and treat design as a line on the job. Ledge treats design as its own phase, with its own fee, board and handoff into estimating.
