Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the ledge.build website or the Ledge application (collectively, the "Service") operated by Ledge Systems LLC, a Limited Liability Company formed in Texas, United States ("us," "we," "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you do not have our permission to access or use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
Ledge is a business management platform designed for landscaping and construction contractors. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not: resell or sublicense access to the Service; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; use the Service to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful content; or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@ledge.build if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Subscription & Billing
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription or an active free trial. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' written notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to suspend access for non-payment.
4. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not sell your data to third parties.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, and other intellectual property on the Service — excluding your data — are the exclusive property of Ledge Systems LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand features without our prior written consent.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ledge Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to other users or the Service. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
